Additional Pricing Information - READ BEFORE BOOKING!
PLEASE NOTE: A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer payment via Venmo© (free) or PayPal© (small fee) is required to book your event, and will be applied to your party total. The remaining event balance is due no later than 48 hours before your event via Venmo© or PayPal©. Performers do not appear at events unless the event is paid in full 48 hours in advance of of event.
Retainer payments are transferable to a new date as long as 48+ hours notice is given before event.
Bookings are not complete and your date is not reserved until we receive your retainer payment. Booking inquiries not completed within 24 hours may result in less availability of our characters.
NOTE: $50.00 “rush” planning fee is added to events booked with LESS than one week notice until event.
NOTE: We are able to upgrade booked packages pending performer availability. However, we can not downgrade packages once booked.
NOTE: One switch of character, date, time, etc. is allowed once a package is booked. Additional changes to character, date, time, etc. will result in a $10.00 per change fee.
- Additional land (non-swimming) character(s) can be added on at a discounted rate of $110/hour when booking more than one land (non-swimming) character
- Additional time can be added on at a flat/discounted rate of $100/hour/character after the first hour
- 12 children are included in your party pricing. Additional children may be added on at a rate of $2/child
- Time and a half pricing rate applies to parties booked on national holidays
- Toll and mileage is added to parties further than 20 miles (40 miles roundtrip) from Mount Laurel, NJ at the national mileage reimbursement rate of $0.65 per mile after the first FREE 20 miles from our headquarters. GoogleMaps is used to calculate mileage. Mileage is *per performer* as our performers are contractors and travel from different locations.
